Environmental Law
Environmental Law is a branch of Public Law formed by a set of rules and principles whose purpose is the legal protection of the environment and its sustainable exploitation.
The firm has experience in advising individuals and legal entities seeking the environmental regulation of their enterprises, acting as advisors and litigators (administrative procedures together with the departaments of control and inspection, civil and criminal judicial processes, and civil and criminal investigations). Additionally, it assists in the elaboration of Conduct Adjustment Terms (Termos de Ajustamento de Conduta - TACs), licensing, and environmental procedures.
