Constitutional
An area of Law whose purpose is the study and interpretation of constitutional norms, including fundamental rights and guarantees, the organization of the State and its powers, defense of the State and democratic institutions, taxation and public budget, economic, financial and social order.
The work of the office consists in the constant monitoring of the jurisprudence of the Federal Supreme Court, preparation of opinions on the constitutionality of laws and normative acts, advice involving the application of the Constitution and preparation of unconstitutionality incidents in actions before ordinary courts.
