A branch of Public Law that deals with the norms and principles that discipline the Public Administration in what concerns the activities performed through its entities, organs, administrative agents, as well as people (legal and physical) assimilated to them.

We have extensive experience in public bids and administrative contracts, concession of public services and public-private partnerships (PPPs), concession of right of use and disposal of public areas, Administrative Improbity Law, Fiscal Responsibility Law, other related matters, and especially, strong presence in the Court of Accounts, who within their exercise to audit, have the power to apply administrative sanctions against natural persons (public agents) and legal entities under private law, as well as to determine the return of securities.
